Clay Center, Kansas is located at the Junction of US Highway 24 and Kansas Highway 15 where you are greeted by the beautiful natural geese sculpture, “The Spirit of the Wild Things”. The City Hall is located at 427 Court, Clay Center, Kansas and has been at this location since 1936. The Office of the City Clerk, Municipal Judge/Court and the Public Utilities Offices are located within City Hall.
